Stuff the Bus 2012 - A Huge Success

Stuff the Bus was a huge success! 

Our local results (Harrisonburg Crossing and Dayton Wal-Marts) included collecting:  2745 bags of supplies; 949 backpacks and $13,037 in cash and grants! 

When we combine our local results with Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro, Elkton and Luray we are now over $93,000 worth of supplies and backpacks!  Isn’t that incredible generosity?

But here’s what makes it all worthwhile!  When Janet Wendelken, our contact with the Rockingham County Public Schools,  saw the two buses for RCPS children she declared “With Stuff the Bus, every student in the Rockingham County will have a backpack and the supplies he or she needs for school.  No one should be without!”
