Be A Santa to a Senior
Now you can help bring a little "Ho Ho Ho" to more than 1000 homebound seniors who face the prospect of a lonely holiday season. United Way's Corporate Volunteer Council invites you to adopt a senior and fulfill a holiday wish. Paper ornaments with wish lists of basic necessity items are on trees at local Walmarts and RMH Wellness Center. Average gift cost is $20 for items such as socks, gloves, lotion and treats. But the joy they'll feel from your kindness is priceless!
Volunteers are also needed for:
- Wrapping (Wrapping paper donations also needed.)
- Gift Delivery - Dec. 20 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. in the Elkton area.
